Side effects of Zifi CV 100 mg/62.5 mg Tablet DT

The most common side effects of Zifi CV 100 mg/62.5 mg Tablet DT are – Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness, Dryness In Mouth, Altered Taste, Abdominal Pain, Agitation, Anxiety, Fever, Constipation, Allergic Reaction, Impaired Concentration, Sweating, Headache

These side effects can usually occur in patients. However, these are only indicative and not all patients will experience them.

Precautions while using Zifi CV 100 mg/62.5 mg Tablet DT

Do not use Zifi CV 100 mg/62.5 mg Tablet DT if you are allergic to – Cefixime, Clavulanic Acid

If you have heart disease, liver or kidney disease, drug or alcohol addiction, consult your doctor before using Zifi CV 100 mg/62.5 mg Tablet DT.

How Zifi CV 100 mg/62.5 mg Tablet DT works

Zifi CV 100 mg/62.5 mg Tablet DT contains – Cefixime, Clavulanic Acid

Cefixime interferes with bacterial cell wall synthesis by inhibiting the final step in the crosslinking of peptidoglycan strands. Peptidoglycan makes cell membranes rigid and
protective. Without it, bacterial cells rupture and die.

Dosage of Zifi CV 100 mg/62.5 mg Tablet DT

The dosage of Zifi CV 100 mg/62.5 mg Tablet DT depends on many factors such as the patient age, health, medical condition or history of the patient and many other conditions.

Please use this medicine as prescribed by your doctor.

Overdose of Zifi CV 100 mg/62.5 mg Tablet DT

If you forget to take a dose of Zifi CV 100 mg/62.5 mg Tablet DT, do not take two doses at the same time, there is a risk of overdose.

Interaction

Drug :- . aminoglycosides, loop diuretics: Increased risk of nephrotoxicity.
