Zoladex 10.8mg Injection is used for the treatment or prevention of the following disease(s):

Prostate Cancer, Breast Cancer, Endometriosis, Uterine Fibroids, Female Infertility

Side effects of Zoladex 10.8mg Injection

The most common side effects of Zoladex 10.8mg Injection are – Decreased Libido, Increased Sweating, Headache, Depression, Skin rash, Sleepiness

These side effects can usually occur in patients. However, these are only indicative and not all patients will experience them.

Precautions while using Zoladex 10.8mg Injection

Do not use Zoladex 10.8mg Injection if you are allergic to – Goserelin

If you have heart disease, liver or kidney disease, drug or alcohol addiction, consult your doctor before using Zoladex 10.8mg Injection.

If you are allergic to any medicine or food, consult your doctor before using this medicine.

Use this medicine under the supervision of your doctor.

To avoid an adverse reaction, consult your doctor if you are already taking other medicines.

How Zoladex 10.8mg Injection works

Zoladex 10.8mg Injection contains – Goserelin

Goserelin works by telling the pituitary gland located in the brain to stop producing leutinizing hormone, which (in men) stimulates the testicles to release testosterone and stimulates the ovaries to release estrogen.

Dosage of Zoladex 10.8mg Injection

The dosage of Zoladex 10.8mg Injection depends on many factors such as the patient age, health, medical condition or history of the patient and many other conditions.

Please use this medicine as prescribed by your doctor.

Overdose of Zoladex 10.8mg Injection

If you forget to take a dose of Zoladex 10.8mg Injection, do not take two doses at the same time, there is a risk of overdose.
