Side effects of Zypine 7.5mg Tablet MD
The most common side effects of Zypine 7.5mg Tablet MD are – Asthenia, Dizziness, Nausea, Fatigue, Headache, Insomnia, Hypercholesterolemia, Hyperuricemia, Chest Pain, Peripheral Edema, Dyspnea, Paresthesia, Bradycardia, Abdominal Pain, Diarrhea, Rash
These side effects can usually occur in patients. However, these are only indicative and not all patients will experience them.
Precautions while using Zypine 7.5mg Tablet MD
Do not use Zypine 7.5mg Tablet MD if you are allergic to – Olanzapine
If you have heart disease, liver or kidney disease, drug or alcohol addiction, consult your doctor before using Zypine 7.5mg Tablet MD.

How Zypine 7.5mg Tablet MD works
Zypine 7.5mg Tablet MD contains – Olanzapine
Olanzapine may achieve antipsychotic effects by antagonizing dopamine and serotonin receptors. Anticholinergic effects may result from competitive binding to and antago-nism of the muscarinic receptors M1 through M5.
Dosage of Zypine 7.5mg Tablet MD
The dosage of Zypine 7.5mg Tablet MD depends on many factors such as the patient age, health, medical condition or history of the patient and many other conditions.
Please use this medicine as prescribed by your doctor.
Overdose of Zypine 7.5mg Tablet MD
If you forget to take a dose of Zypine 7.5mg Tablet MD, do not take two doses at the same time, there is a risk of overdose.

Interaction
Drug :- anticholinergics: Increased anticholinergic effects, altered thermoregulation.
antihypertensives: Increased effects of both drugs, increased risk of hypotension.
benzodiazepines parenteral: Increased risk of excessive sedation and cardiorespiratory depression.
carbamazepine, omeprazole, rifampin: Increased olanzapine clearance.
CNS depressants: Additive CNS depression, potentiated orthostatic hypotension.
diazepam: Increased CNS depressant effects.
fluvoxamine: Decreased olanzapine clearance.
levodopa: Decreased levodopa efficacy.
lorazepam parenteral: Possibly increased somnolence with I.M. olanzapine injection.
Activity :- alcohol use: Additive CNS depression, potentiated orthostatic hypotension.
smoking: Decreased blood olanzapine level.
