The most common side effects of Zyrona 5mg Injection are - Headache, Heartburn, Difficulty In Swallowing, Musculoskeletal Pain

Do not use Zyrona 5mg Injection if you are allergic to - Zoledronate

How Zyrona 5mg Injection works

Zyrona 5mg Injection contains - Zoledronate

Zoledronic acid belongs to a class of drugs known as bisphosphonates. It lowers high blood calcium levels by reducing the amount of calcium released from bones into blood. It also works by slowing the breakdown of bones by cancer to prevent bone fractures.

Dosage of Zyrona 5mg Injection

The dosage of Zyrona 5mg Injection depends on many factors such as the patient age, health, medical condition or history of the patient and many other conditions.

Overdose of Zyrona 5mg Injection

If you forget to take a dose of Zyrona 5mg Injection, do not take two doses at the same time, there is a risk of overdose.

Interaction

Drug :- aminoglycosides: Possibly additive serum calcium-lowering effect.

loop diuretics, such as furosemide: Possibly increased risk of hypocalcemia.

NSAIDs: Increased risk of nephrotoxicity.
