What is Handling Charge?
Some products have a disproportionate ‘Selling Price’ and ‘Shipping Weight’ ratio. For those products we may apply an additional ‘Handling Charge’ for the safety of delivery.
Additionally, some brands use ‘Express Delivery’ and specialized ‘Safe-Packaging’ for their products and may apply ‘Convenience Charge’ per product as shown on the ‘Product Page’.

What is the estimated delivery time?
Orders are usually delivered within 5 working days if shipped from a domestic location, and between 10-15 working days if shipped from an International location. Working days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, National Holidays and Public Holidays at the source and destination locations. Heavy, bulky, voluminous products or products that cannot be air-shipped due to Govt. regulations are shipped through our surface logistics partners. Such products can take up to 10-15 working days to be delivered.
Who are your Shipping Partners?
To ensure timely and safe delivery, we have partnered with the country’s most trusted logistics solution providers like FedEx, DTDC, DOTZOT, ARAMEX and their likes.
Can you deliver overseas?
International shipping, though not available at present, shall be commenced in the very near future. Do keep an eye out!
Billing & Shipping Address: Please ensure that you record your contact details, which include your address, ZIP/PIN Code, mobile no. and email address, accurately on our site while you place an order. This will ensure that we can contact you regarding your order, and also that you receive timely intimation regarding the processing and dispatch. The delivery of the products shall be done only at the address specified by the customer in ‘Shipping Address’ and cannot be changed after the order is placed.
Order Completion: Any order placed by you on this Site is a firm commitment towards purchase; please re-check the product and other details before placing the order. By placing an order for a product you agree to complete the transaction anyway.
Other Charges: In the event that a delivery cannot be effected due to incorrect address provided by the customer, the order shall be re-shipped by Zotezo.com only on payment of additional charges by the customer.
Zotezo.com’s Liabilities: Zotezo.com shall not be liable for any delay / non-delivery of orders caused due to any reason beyond its control. Delayed shipments accepted by the customer shall be deemed as delivered and completed. In any case, the liability of Zotezo.com shall be limited to the refund of the order amount and in no case shall Zotezo.com be responsible for any damages or incidental expenses.
