What if these home remedies don’t work for you?
Your hair loss may be due to more than just changing seasons. Hair fall can be a sign that something is wrong with your health. Air and water pollution, too much stress, ageing, deficiencies in your diet, a hormonal imbalance, and genetics affect how much hair you lose. If you have abnormal hair loss, (more than the average 50 to 100 strands per day), it probably won’t stop by merely changing your shampoo, conditioner or hair oil. You need to see your doctor and get a medical check-up.
