Dosage of Fish Oil

  • For people with a high level of triglyceride in the blood, researchers have used 1-15 grams of fish oil on a daily basis for up to 6 months, which consists of at least 3.5 grams of omega-3 fatty acids.   • High blood pressure caused by the usage of a drug Cyclosporine after certain organ transplant, have often been prevented through fish oil consumption.
